How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Everyone who contacts Mattcategories Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to file a complaint and what you can expect from us. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics You Can Bring to Us

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or messaged Mattcategories Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have an issue with work at your home, first take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Understand, though, that Mattcategories Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money you paid a provider or act for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@mattcategories.property and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will email to confirm we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed providers.
